We’re looking to purchase the property directly. Nomad Property Solutions is a real estate investment company, not an agent trying to earn a listing commission.
Do I need to make any repairs before selling my home?
No. We evaluate houses in their current condition, so you don’t need to renovate, repaint, replace flooring, or prepare the house for showings before talking with us.
Who actually buys the house — you, or somebody else?
Sometimes us, sometimes a buyer we work with who is better suited to that particular project. We’ll tell you which one before you sign anything. Your price and your closing date don’t change either way, and you’ll know exactly who is sitting across from you at closing. A lot of companies in this market won’t tell you this. Ask them.
Do you pay fair prices for properties?
