1. Scope. These Terms govern your use of the website and communication services provided by Nomad Property Solutions, LLC (“Nomad,” “we,” “us”). By providing your contact information or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services. Nomad Property Solutions makes cash offers on residential properties in the Augusta, Georgia and CSRA area. Submitting your information does not create an obligation for you to sell or for us to purchase, and does not constitute an offer until presented in writing.

3. SMS opt-in. By providing your mobile number, you may consent to receive text messages from Nomad Property Solutions, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service. Service-message consent and marketing-message consent are obtained separately; declining marketing messages does not affect service messages.

4. Message frequency. Service messages: approximately 2-5 per month. Marketing messages: approximately 1-2 per month. Frequency varies depending on your active inquiry or transaction.

5. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Nomad Property Solutions is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

6. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our messaging services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
