Reviews

We don’t have any yet, and we’re not going to fake them.

We launched recently. When sellers give us testimonials on their own, they go here with their names on them. Until then this page stays empty, because a wall of anonymous five-star quotes from “J.M., Augusta” is worth exactly nothing and you know that as well as we do.

What to do instead of trusting a review page

Screen us the way you’d screen anybody:

  • Make us show the math. Ask how we got to the number. We’ll break down every line — what we think it’s worth fixed up, repairs, holding costs, and our margin.
  • Make us compare. Ask what you’d likely net listing it instead. We’ll walk you through both paths.
  • Ask who’s funding the purchase and who will be sitting at the closing table.
  • Push on the timeline. Ask what happens if you need to move the date.
  • Talk to us directly. Not a call center, not an “acquisitions specialist” — the two people who will actually handle your sale. You’ll know inside ten minutes whether we’re straight with you.

If we ever pressure you, rush you into a decision, or dodge a question about how we got to the number — don’t work with us. That’s a fair standard, and we’d rather be held to it than to a testimonial we wrote ourselves.
